Program Manager Business - migration of Bots (SRQ154381)

One of the clusters of the tribe is dedicated to Automation/Robotics solutions (highly automated workflows) and manages a fleet of more than 200 bots within the different entities of the bank.
At the beginning of 2026, some teams from the Client Servicing entity were migrated to a seperate legal entitiy as part of the creation of a Strategic Partnership.
In the context of this transformation, a new initiative/project has been created to migrate the 83 robots that are linked to this new entity to a new Robotics platform dedicated to them.
Main accountabilities of the Initiative Owner:
- Structures and steers the Initiative in line with the Agile way of working applied
- Ensures professional communication with middle and senior management (C-level) within the two partner organizations
- Elaborates on the initiative:
- Prepare and facilitate the different ceremonies assigned to the Initiative owner role
- Define and prioritize the different OPUS
- Manage the positioning and monitoring of the Initiative together with the impacted stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end monitoring (scope, quality, budget, timing) of the different opus developments until go-to-market
- Collaborates with the different stakeholders and contributors
Close collaboration with the CPO (Cluster Product Owner) / PO of the squad “SPA Transformation” and contributing parties (partner organization, other tribes): while ensuring shared knowledge across the impacted constructs
Manages and supports PO/OO during ideation and refinement of Opuses

Telework | Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking
10 years of professional experience, and 5+ years of relevant experience in managing programs and projects taking into account strategy, priorities, time, budget and dependency constraints while keeping business/customer interests central in the way solutions are conceived and put in production (change).
- Technical and functional understanding to be at ease in interactions with architects, developers, technical mandatory experts
- Familiar with automation solutions (BluePrism) preferable
- Experience in program/project management / mandatory
- Solid analytical skills; ability to break down complex issues into their key components; strong deductive reasoning; ability to draw conclusions from a combination of evidence and assumptions.
- Strong communication skills
