The main responsibility of the Senior IT Project Manager Doc Mgt is to ensure the management of several business-IT projects in the field of document management, including electronic signature, as well as the implementation of test management, in accordance with the organization's standards, for a number of strategic projects.

These assignments are carried out using various technologies such as SAP ECC, SAP ISU, Geode, Windev, M365 tools like SharePoint, PowerApps and PowerAutomate, SAG, ...

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing files, decisions, risks, contracts, schedules, and open actions.
• Defining and maintaining scope, PBS/WBS, planning, budget, resources, dependencies, assumptions, risks, and issues.
• Organizing SteerCo, preparing decisions, and maintaining reliable PSR reporting.
• Managing suppliers, commitments, SLAs, deliverables, and escalations.
• Contributing to special specifications and offer analyses with Procurement, Vendor Management, and technical experts.
• Organizing pilots, tests, UAT, acceptance criteria, reconciliation, cutover/rollback, and production go-live validation.
• Managing change management, communication, and coordination of impacted users.
• Preparing documentation, knowledge transfer, and Move2Run to operational teams.
• Ensuring alignment with GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS2, and applicable security policies.
• Supporting the harmonization of PM practices.

Assignment execution terms:

The services will be performed at least 3 days/week on-site at the organization's headquarters, potentially discontinuously, unless expressly exempted by the Head of the IT Department.
